Depending on the nature and location of a request, the work may be carried out by skilled independent contractors or service professionals who operate in coordination with Duct Cleaning Hesperia. When that is the case, Duct Cleaning Hesperia takes responsibility for coordinating the engagement, but the individual completing the job may not be a direct employee of the company. By requesting service, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The amount of that fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon request. Duct Cleaning Hesperia reserves the right to apply such a fee at its discretion.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of CA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Duct Cleaning Hesperia’s services that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the appropriate state or federal courts located in CA, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
